So I am very artistic and I just wanted to implement the things that I love, science, biology, artistry. I love to do arts and very good with my hands. So I wanted to become a cosmetic dentist.
That’s what, you know, pulled me in into the field. I did not know that dentistry had a really strong medical impact on patients. And I learned that actually the materials and what we do on a patient’s mouth can actually save their lives.
So my background is in chemistry and biology. So I was introduced to the holistic world, not knowing that there’s materials like mercury, aluminum, lead, and formaldehyde that are actually toxic for a human being. So once I learned that, 27 years ago, I realized that either I get out of the field or I learned what I need to learn to help people achieve optimal levels of health.
So, you know, from a cosmetic world, I am a dentist. So I see patients as a whole. When I look at you, I see any unbalances, anything that looks off.
But then when I learn about eradicating toxic loads, that took my profession to a different level, more medical, more working with other healthcare providers to achieve health on my patients. So the most rewarding part of what I do is listening to the patient. What is it that they want? What is the goal? And then introducing them to an understanding of your teeth are more than a pretty smile.
You know, there’s a lot of things that I learned. And then just achieving goals together, you know, exceeding their expectations. Because we see changes, radical changes in medical histories, like people that are literally with cancer, chronic fatigue, MS, neurological conditions.
We see a change in their medical histories like they have never seen it. So it’s very rewarding, you know, for me and for our team to be part of that life-changing experience, being part of achieving goals that they were not even they did not think that they were possible. So we’re part of that, you know, that being part of their life and being part of their transformation, not only cosmetically, but health-wise.

Her love for chemistry and cellular biology led her to The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. As an accredited member, she has learned about the body’s reaction to dental materials and the protocol on how to safely remove toxic materials like mercury fillings. Her love of the balance of art and beauty also got her involved with the AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry). There, she learned 52 things that make up a smile.
