We don’t want to do an all on four and put implants the same day of the extractions if that’s not going to be a stable case long term. I want to think, I’m going to give a patient something that is going to be there for 20, 25 years, 30 years. I don’t want a patient to, you know, have implants placed and a denture placed, and then one year down the road, they come off because the bone was not mature enough to receive the implant.
So there’s different philosophies. I’m very conservative when I do work. I want to do something that I’m moving forward looking at.
